Planning Orchestrator sends confirmation requests and tiered reminders with one-tap confirm/decline links — email on every plan, with the SMS channel on its top tier.
- What happens after a decline: this is the fork in the road. Confirmed.Church records the decline in Planning Center — finding a replacement is back on you. Planning Orchestrator treats the decline as the start of a job: it builds a replacement shortlist that respects team, position, blockouts, stated preferences, and your volunteer rankings, then asks you to approve the fill.
- Coverage gaps, swaps, bulk scheduling: Planning Orchestrator only — a daily scan flags unfilled and unconfirmed positions weeks ahead, two-way swaps run end to end without the scheduler brokering texts, and a schedule builder fills whole weeks using rankings and pairing rules. Confirmed.Church doesn't do scheduling; that's outside its scope by design.

Planning Orchestrator prices by church size: flat tiers at $19, $49, and $99 per month (annual billing gets two months free), unlimited email volume on every tier, with SMS included in the top tier. Predictable spend regardless of how chatty a season gets.
Choose Confirmed.Church if…
- Your scheduling itself is under control and the only gap is getting volunteers to answer — you want texting, nothing more, at the lowest entry price.
- You want every volunteer touchpoint over SMS from day one, and your message volume fits comfortably in a credit bundle.
Choose Planning Orchestrator if…
- The confirmation problem is a symptom of the bigger one: declines you find out about too late, positions unfilled two days out, swap requests routed through your phone, blockouts that live in people's heads.
